an online exhibition by MFA2 at The Glasgow School of Art

By positioning her body in the re-enactment of choreographed pieces of dance, and juxtaposing the dance movements with martial arts techniques, these dance videos create moments of reflection on the body in action.

​

Ottilie is based on the Austrian dancer, choreographer and actress Tilly Losch's Dance of Her Hands. Set alongside hand techniques from the Korean martial art Tang Soo Do.
